The Moetzah's Department of Social Services has set up a hotline for the general public, between the hours of 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM at 02-941-5000. After 2 PM, the number to call is the Beit El Moked: 02-9700555, 02-9700538,
02-9978187, or 108; the calls will be transferred to the on-call social worker.
